1. Introduction

Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or interrupted session that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 999bo will investigate the incident and determine the appropriate resolution. • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage, or using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Attempting to collude with other players, dealers, or third parties in any game or betting market for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonus offers by systematically exploiting promotional terms, including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent.

999bo actively monitors all account activity for compliance with these prohibitions and cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial regulatory bodies where required. Users found in breach of these prohibitions will have their accounts permanently closed and any outstanding balances voided.
